From Steve
Shafer, pastor, Flint/Saginaw/Wolverine,
Maggie's pancreatic cancer has now
progressed into its' final stages. She
decided some time back to forego any further treatments of any kind and to leave
matters completely in God's Hands. The
pain has increased to where she now has to take prescription pain
medication. She can no longer attend
services or live on her own. She has now
moved in with another church family who are helping to care for her needs. She has maintained a very positive attitude
and continues to exhibit total faith in God, whatever the outcome. She greatly needs and appreciates everyone's
prayers, letters and outpouring of love.
Her only hope now appears to be in God's miraculous intervention on her
behalf, which we are all still hoping and praying for.
